Happy Halloween

Everything went really well last night. I was worried about it being too close to Declan's bedtime but he surprised us the most. He was dressed like a lizard and once we put his shoes on there was no stopping him. He walked and ran and fell and laughed and had the best time of his life. Declan would crawl up people's stairs and chase Kadin and he did this for over 30 minutes I would say. Then it got harder to keep him off the road and he got cranky with Hasan picking him up so we put him in the stroller.

He drank a bottle and him and I headed home.

Kadin was a vampire and was overly excited I would say. He did really good and mostly remembered his manners. At one point a little boy got ahead of him and Kadin yelled "Hey I want a treat!" He attempted to push ahead of the little boy. Hasan held him back and then we had a talk with him on the road after. He was excellent after that. Even looking out for Declan and telling people to have a good night.

After leaving one house he said "Oh that was just some old man in there!" WHAT!? Hasan laughed. *sigh* And I stopped him and explained why it wasn't nice.

Kids eh? heh

Kadin also went to a Halloween party this past Saturday night and a little friend went with him. Declan and I stayed back. It was a little too loud and overwhelming for a little one.

This is getting ready for and going to the Halloween party. A little girl moved in a few weeks ago and her and Kadin have really hit it off. She went with Kadin. Dressed as Luna from Harry Potter I believe.

Before we headed out. The night was perfect. It had warmed up and was not raining.

Kadin and I were getting his treat when we turned around and Declan was crawling across the lawn of the neighbour. I nearly peed myself. He looked like a little lizard trying to get away! Hasan made a comment which Kadin quickly picked up and told anyone who passed "Oh that's just some animal we found!" lol

We went to as many houses as Kadin wanted. Lots here of them trick or treating.

Hasan could barely keep up with Declan. But he did want to be on the road. He was loving it.
